"Bart's Buddies!"

Hi, I'm John, Bart's promoter, coach and bodyguard. We're so glad to welcome you to our blog, "Bart's Buddies!"

Please allow me to introduce myself... philosophy student, entrepreneur, traveler and host. I feed, care for and entertain what is now the spirit of Bart. Bart, the Maine Coon cat, lived with me and various friends in Oregon and at times, Central Florida, from 1991 to 1999  when, with great sadness, we said goodbye.

I participated in the creation of FeLines Greeting Cards, featuring Bart, the Cosmic Cat, dancing through life with his friends. Bart gave rise to FeLines some 25+ years ago around the Spring of 1991 in Portland with artist Susan Anderson Bentley. I've been caring for the FeLines art collection ever since.

As a publisher by trade, and the publisher of FeLines, I'm making Bart's FeLines greeting cards available once again. Bart and FeLines are now "vintage," over 20 years since they were designed, created and published in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Bart and his whimsical friends represent a certain joy of life. I hope you'll enjoy the journey with Bart and me.... Thank you for joining us on our wild ride. Thank you for being a buddy of Bart's!
